La cité de la Mort
2023-2024An ongoing series of a personal project followed by the passing of my step father, who died in Marseille at the age of 59, just a few months before his 60th birthday.
This tragic and unexpected even left me devastated, trying to figure out how to fill the emptyness left by his passing. Architecture of silence, La cité de la Mort, is a nickname of a part of the Saint Pierre cemetry in Marseille, France where he was cremated. I visit it sometimes.
